• Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager : Up to 30 Years (Maximum 55 years with all age relaxations).
• Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager, and Consultant : Below 65 Years (Inclusive of all age relaxations).
• Age Relaxation will be given extra as per Govt of India rules (SC/ST by 5 years, OBC-NCL by 3 years, PwBD by 10 years).

Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (CBT) : Candidates applying for Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager posts have to clear the online objective written examination.
• Trade Test / Interview : Qualified candidates from CBT will be called for a Trade Test (for Junior Technicians) or a Personal Interview round.
• Direct Interview : No written exam will be held for Senior Manager, DGM, AGM, and Consultant posts; selection is based on assessment parameters and interview only.
• Document Verification : Shortlisted merit candidates will be called for original document checking and medical fitness tests.

How to Apply

• Candidates can apply online through the official career portal page link on the AVNL website between 11 July 2026 and 25 July 2026.
• Kindly read the detailed official notification advertisement notice completely before starting to fill up the registration form.
• Complete your baseline registration by entering the Post Name, your name, active Mobile number, and Email ID to receive the Login ID and Password.
• Login again to fill up the complete form and choose your mandatory options for units where posts are out.
• Upload neat scanned copies of your passport size Photograph, Signature, and required technical education certificates or category certificates.
• Before clicking final submission, verify all columns very carefully on the preview screen. Pay the application fee online if required.
• Submit your form completely and download the system-generated application slip copy for future reference tracking. No physical document needs to be sent by post.
