UP ITI Admission Eligibility & Age Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Passed Class 10th (High School) or Class 8th Examination from any recognized educational board/institute in India.
• Domicile Rule: The applicant must be a resident/native of Uttar Pradesh. Outer state candidate guidelines apply.
• Minimum Age Limit: Candidate must be at least 14 Years of age as of the admission year (2026).
• Maximum Age Limit: No Upper Age Limit Restriction. Eligible individuals of any age group can apply.

Documents Mandatory at the Time of Admission / Counselling

• Original and two sets of self-attested photocopies of Class 8th / 10th Marks Sheet & Passing Certificate.
• Valid Government Identity Card Verification Document [ID Omitted].
• Domicile Certificate of Uttar Pradesh (UP Native Resident Proof).
• Caste / Category Certificate (If applicable for reservation claims).
• Income Certificate (Required for claiming scholarships or fee exemptions).
• Recent Passport Size Colour Photographs (Minimum 4 to 6 physical copies).
• Character Certificate issued by the last attended educational institution.
• Medical Fitness Certificate verified and signed by a Government Doctor.
• An active personal Mobile Number and Email ID for administrative registration updates.

How to Apply for UP ITI Admission Online Form 2026

• Go to the official online web portal of State Council for Vocational Training at scvtup.in.
• On the active homepage, locate and click the designated option link labeled “UP ITI Admission 2026 Online Application Portal”.
• Click on the “New Registration” tab, accurately fill in your Name, Father’s Name, Mobile Number, and click to generate an OTP.
• Complete your user validation by inserting the OTP verification code delivered to your mobile handset.
• Login into the portal and fill out your personal profile fields and academic scores (8th/10th aggregate marks) carefully.
• Exercise choice filling by selecting preferred Government or Private ITI colleges along with your desired trade choices.
• Upload clearly scanned copies of your passport photo and registration signature within the specified digital dimensions.
• Process your application category registration fee safely via online banking modes or a UPI application layout.
• Thoroughly cross-check all individual form variables before final submission and download 2 printed reference copies.
