• Minimum Age Limit : 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit : 25 Years
• Age Relaxation : Upper age relaxation applicable 3 years for OBC(NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, up to 10-15 years for PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per rules.

BPCL Non-Management Vacancy, Pay Scale & Qualification

• Full-time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology (Min 60% Marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Minimum 1 Year relevant work experience or 1-year apprenticeship in Refining/Lube/Petroleum/Power/Petrochemical/Fertilizer Industry.

• Full-time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology (Min 60% Marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Minimum 1 Year relevant work experience or 1-year apprenticeship in Refining/Lube/Petroleum/Power/Petrochemical/Fertilizer Industry.

• Full-time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Min 60% Marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Minimum 1 Year relevant work experience or 1-year apprenticeship in relevant field/Engineering Industry.

• Full-time Regular Diploma in Electrical Engg. / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical Power System / Industrial Control (Min 60% Marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Minimum 1 Year relevant work experience or 1-year apprenticeship in relevant field/Engineering Industry.

BPCL Selection Process & Exam Pattern

• Selection Stages : Stage-1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Stage-2: Skill/Proficiency Test (SPT – Qualifying Nature)
• Stage-3: Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
• CBT Exam Scheme (Total 100 Questions | 120 Minutes | Objective Type) :
  • Domain Knowledge : 60 Marks
  • General Aptitude (English, Quant, Reasoning, GA & Current Affairs) : 40 Marks
• Marking Pattern : 1 Mark awarded for every correct answer. No negative marking for wrong answers. CBT language is English only.

How to Apply for BPCL Non-Management Online Form 2026

• Visit the official website portal of BPCL at www.bharatpetroleum.in.
• Navigate to “Careers” and click on “Recruitment to Non-Management Posts in BPCL Mumbai & Kochi Refinery”.
• Complete basic registration to generate your Application Number and Password.
• Fill in all personal details, qualification marks, and post-qualification experience accurately as per certificates.
• Upload scanned files: Recent passport photograph, signature, diploma marksheets, experience/apprenticeship certificates, and category certificate (if applicable).
• Pay the application fee of Rs. 590/- online via payment gateway (General/OBC/EWS).
• Submit the application form on or before 13 August 2026 (11:59 PM) and save a printed copy for future reference.
