• Note: An extra upper age relaxation of 1 Year is applicable as per rules.

RPSC RAS 2026 Vacancy Details & Eligibility

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from any recognized University in India.
• Final Year Appearing Candidates can also apply.

RPSC RAS 2026 Selection Process & Scheme of Examination

• 1. Preliminary Exam (Objective): General Knowledge & Science paper of 200 marks for 3 hours duration. Screening test only. (1/3 negative marking for wrong or blank answers without darkening the 5th OMR option).
• 2. Main Exam (Written): 4 descriptive/analytical papers (GS-I, GS-II, GS-III, General Hindi & English) of 200 marks each. Must obtain minimum 10% marks in each paper and 15% in aggregate.
• 3. Personality Test / Interview: Interview process carries 100 marks evaluated by the commission.
