- Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any stream from any UGC recognized University in India.
- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation for General/OBC and 45% for SC/ST candidates.
- Domicile Rule: Other state candidates are eligible but will be treated under Unreserved (UR) category.
